While they could be managing their business from the comfort of their airconditioned office in Castle Hill you’ll more than likely find them standing on the side of the road, sign in hand, baking in the heat, drowning in the rain, or freezing in sub-zero temperatures.

And all with a smile on their faces.

It’s this passion for their work that has seen Adams Traffic Management grow from a small start up business ten years ago into one of the leading, professional road and safety management businesses in Sydney.

David has spent more than 30 years working in the road and traffic industries, first as a draughtsman for the RTA, then as a traffic manager with the AbiGroup on the M2, M5 and M7.

This inside knowledge of traffic management and traffic planning gives Adams Traffic Management an undisputed edge and guarantees clients a first class service.

Kerrye’s organizational and coordination skills, both in the office and on the road, have propelled Adams Traffic Management to be the leader in customer service. Her can-do approach to all requests sets ATM apart from its competitors.

David and Kerrye Adams know that they would not be where they are today without the support of the highly trained staff in the office.

Erich Gasser is ATM’s audit and design guru. He is responsible for preparing detailed drafts and plans for clients and staff for all traffic operations. It is his attention to detail and understanding of traffic movements that ensure perfect setups for ATM’s crews.

Our Human Resources expert is Paul Whittaker. As ATM employs more than 60 staff, with crews working across a broad region and all on different rosters, Pauls’s planning, recruitment and management skills means the operations all run smoothly. He is responsible for training and development and making sure that all staff are properly prepared before they hit the road.

As traffic management involves an element of risk, ATM’s OH&S manager, Hugh Tracy, is an integral part of ensuring that our crews make it home safely each night. From sourcing suitable protective clothing, assessing health and safety issues and training, Hughs’s experience and background has been crucial in ATM maintaining its excellent safety record.

Our Administration and Accounts manager, Kerrye Adams brings to ATM a calm and orderly focus. Her high level organisational and communication skills are a bridge between customers and crews, ensuring that nothing is left unplanned or unaccounted for. She is a valuable member of the Adams Traffic Management team.
