We employ more than 60 staff to work on our road crews around Sydney, Central Coast, Blue Mountains and the Illawarra and we are always interested in hearing from potential new employees.

We treat our staff like family – you’ll be paid more than other traffic control companies, and all your protective clothing (with the exception of work boots) is provided (and we don’t ask for a deposit).

All training is done on the job if you have no experience. We will partner you with a qualified supervisor and ease you into the world of traffic management on less complicated jobs.
